Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to anyone who refers a restaurant to mKonnekt.
2. Referral Process: To be eligible for the referral program, the referrer must fill out the referral form on our website or provide the referral information to an mKonnekt representative. The referred restaurant must be a new customer of mKonnekt and sign up for our services within 30 days of the referral.
3. Reward: The referrer will receive $100 for each referred restaurant that signs up for mKonnekt services. Additionally, if the referred restaurant stays with us for at least 3 months, the referrer will receive an additional $100 bonus.
4. Payment: The referrer will receive their reward in the form of a check or electronic payment within 30 days of the referred restaurant signing up for mKonnekt services.
5. Limitations: The referral program is not valid for self-referrals or referrals for existing mKonnekt customers. The program cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
6. Termination: mKonnekt reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Privacy: All information collected for the referral program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will not be shared with any third parties.
