IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE BETWEEN YOU (“CUSTOMER”) EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT AND mKonnekt LLC.

EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IS WHEN THIS AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. mKonnekt LLC MIGHT PERIODICALLY UPDATE THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ADVISED TO CHECK THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY FOR THESE UPDATES. CUSTOMER’S CONTINUED USAGE OF THE SERVICES AFTER mKonnekt’s CHANGES WOULD AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE UPDATES

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate, complete registration information.

2. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn points or rewards based on your purchases and participation at participating restaurants. Points earned, available rewards, and redemption terms are determined by us and the participating restaurant and may change at any time.

3. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive promotional SMS/text messages, emails, and other marketing communications from us and the participating restaurant. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in each message.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Points & Rewards

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be forfeited according to the Program’s terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel rewards, offers, or the Program at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at our discretion, including for any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
